Climate Solutions Almanac

We are introducing the Climate Solutions Almanac, a free-access resource that systematically identifies, classifies, and evaluates the most effective and technologically feasible climate solutions. The Almanac ranks solutions based on their estimated decarbonization or emissions reduction potential by the year 2050.

This document is based on climate solutions identified by the CRANE tool (https://cranetool.org/) and Project Drawdown (https://drawdown.org/). To enhance these insights, we cross-referenced nearly 500 additional scientific papers and resources, and consulted the IEA ETP Clean Technology Guide (https://lnkd.in/gcdPJrpT) to further assess the technological maturity of each solution.

Our objective was to present this information on climate solutions in a clear, accessible language. Please note that, in some instances, we employed AI tools like ChatGPT to help us summarize complex features of specific climate solutions.

This resource is particularly valuable for investors focused on climate impact and companies exploring solutions for decarbonization. It is available for both commercial and non-commercial use by anyone committed to assessing their climate impact.

At Kanata Advisors, we are dedicated to providing strategic insights and support for science-based climate solutions.
